Th' Extra-Large Jacket That Wasn’t

I be in Calgary at a bucko’s weddin' (Yo-ho-ho Cody!) and took some time t' do a quick shoppin' trip wi' me sister, Virginia.  We went t' Staples (I’ve gone there th' past five times I’ve been t' Calgary, me mom always needs somethin' stationariesque), and while we be at th' West Hills Market, we also stopped by Winners, whar I bought an Extra-Large jacket.

Do Ye Feel Safer?

Sept. 11, 2001, be a day o' confusion, o' tragedy, o' anger and most o' all, o' fear.  I can bet that yer heart be racin', yer palms be sweaty—or cold.  Ye didn’t want t' go outside, ye wanted t' hear a comfortin' voice, t' hold a hand, t' be knowin' that yer loved ones be safe.  So me question t' ye, this day, six years on, be this: Do ye feel safer?

Seriously, Vancouver.  Come ON.  Ye’re a smart city.  Ye’re good lookin'.  Ye’ve got so much goin' fer ye, but ye’re throwin' it all away wi' this absolutely disgustin' weather.
