I’m sitting here, watching Law and Order. It’s hard to concentrate, but I owe myself a blog post. Susie beside me, trying to relax. She thinks it’s impressive I can write and watch tv at the same time.  I’ll let you be the judge of my delusion.

Gnotes from Gnomedex Gnine

I’m at Gnomedex in Seattle.  It’s a two-day conference that ... well ... um ... that’s part of the problem. I’ve heard great things about it for ages from colleagues who have attended, so I wanted to go and see what the event was about. And now that I’m here, I’m more unsure than before.

It’s D?j? Vu All Over Again: Our Home Is Up for Sale

Susie and I just got told that the house we rent has been put on the market for sale.

We had thought we were going to have to move out on July 31.  That turned into switching to month-to-month rent, but the landlord was pushing for us to sign another year lease.  We didn’t, and he agreed to month-to-month.
