Internet harassment law may protect suicide-prompting harasser

It's a little more complicated than this, but basically: an older lady may have goaded a 13-year-old girl into committing suicide. So her town passes a law to protect people from Internet harassment. Next, someone starts harassing the lady over the Internet about her role in the suicide, so the lady may be the first person protected by the law for which she was the inspiration.
