How the Cyborg Name site took off after a very minor tweak

For all those of you who think getting it "almost" right is good enough, or who think that obsessing over design is ill-placed effort, you ought to read this. By making a very, very small change in the way his online app displayed results, he's now getting more traffic than he's ever gotten from any previous successful site. Take notes.
